  • Nutrition to carry in the kayak (assume that the swim will take double your estimated time when packing your nutrition)

    • Water (mandatory)

    • Energy drinks

    • Gels

    • Energy bars

  • Swimsuit (mandatory)

  • Goggles (mandatory)

  • Wetsuit (mandatory if water <16 °C, prohibited if water >24 °C, otherwise if desired)

  • Back-up goggles for kayak

  • Post-race supplies

    • Shoes

    • Warm clothes

    • Towel

    • Snacks

    • Money

    • Phone

 

Please arrange to stow your post-race bag on the kayak.
