           TRANSFERS

 

You may transfer your registration to another swimmer free of charge until July 1st as long as the new swimmer meets all the registration criteria and uses the same kayak accommodations as the initial swimmer.

 

Swimmers may also transfer from 10km to 5km until July 1st (space permitting). There are no transfers from 5km to 10km.

           REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued for personal problems or in the event that the swim is delayed or shortened because of bad weather.

 

If the swim is cancelled due to bad weather, participants can choose to either receive a $15 refund or have the money donated to charity. Swag bags can be collected from Kingston until July 15th if desired.
